The first step is to find a building texture that you like. Websites like texture.com have a great selection of textures that you can use as a reference.
Unreal tip!: In Unreal Engine, you switch to the modeling mode by pressing "shift+5"
and pressing "Shift+1" will bring you back to selection mode.
